As the Tap Cancer Out tournament approaches tomorrow, the Real American Grappling team has every reason to stand proud.
This year, our team has raised over $20,000 for cancer research and will be sending more than 52 competitors to the mats—representing the best of the Lake Wylie and Steel Creek communities across both South Carolina and North Carolina.
This is not just participation. This is representation.

For the past five years, Tap Cancer Out has been a major part of what we do.
And year after year, this team has shown up.
Real American Grappling has led from the front—finishing at the top of the fundraising leaderboard in four of those five years. That kind of consistency is not luck. It is built through culture, accountability, and a group of people committed to something bigger than themselves.
